The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to the walk of fame, TCL Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Bowl (about 40 mins). Easy access to Metro and buses which are great for some locations you may want to visit, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Westfield shopping, the Original Farmers market (the Grove), Griffith park, and will cost €1.75 each per journey. Buy a tap card at Vine St station and top it up when needed. Public transport is very safe. We read reviews which were very negative towards it, but this is not true, it is absolutely fine. Uber is also very reliable if you prefer or for those journeys that are too difficult by metro or bus like Universal Studios, Warner Bros. We got an Uber to the start of the trek of the Hollywood sign for $11, and then we walked back to the hotel, which took an hour and a half, from the sign. There is a diner next door to the Hotel which is decent, we had breakfast there a couple of mornings. Eggs Benedict will cost around $18. There are a few other places we liked for breakfast, the Breakfast Club and iHop (which is a bit of a walk away) We found dining in the area not great, but maybe that’s just because we didn’t know where to look, we normally ate wherever we were visiting that day. Eating is that bit more expensive to the UK or Ireland. Staff everywhere in LA are very friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Adler Hotel were exceptional, especially one person, of whom I didn’t get his name. He was so helpful with advice and directions, and anything we needed. He even had plastic cutlery on the ready for when my daughters order their Chipotle takeout and forgot to ask for cutlery. He really did make our stay enjoyable. Everything about the hotel was great, the rooms were a bit small for the three of us as the beds took up most of the space, so not much room to walk around. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom very big and lovely shower. We had a hairdryer and iron in the room.

My friend planned an "Old Hollywood" themed trip. May 2025. This hotel was picked randomly (for price). The pictures and reviews do NOT sum up what a fortunate choice The Adler was! It is an incredible piece of Hollywood history. Staying here was like getting a bonus attraction included in the price. Ask about the secret stairwell. All the memorabilia on the walls and the history of Clark's Diner (plus the good food and great service - thank you Jasmine). Spectacular QPR! Quality-for-Price ratio! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds - we had a double queen room with Clint Eastwood mural. Steve McQueen in the bathroom. Not a rich plush hotel but a unique experience. I would always recommend this over a regular budget place such as we did on a previous trip for about the same price. Book it now!

The hotel is well located. The Hollywood/Vine station is close, like 5 or 6 blocks. The hotel restaurant is good but If you want other options you can go to the Hollywood Ave. If is breakfast there is a Dunkin’ Donuts in the avenue. There is also a store very close to the hotel in case you need something else. Rooms are big and nice with AC. Cleaning service is not included so you may have to collect your bags and drop them in a bin at the end of your hall. Even that all looks comfortable and clean. Is good value. I didn’t go to the pool so I can’t say anything about that. I went with my wife and my baby. The only thing you have to be safe is when you cross under the bridge to go to the Hollywood Ave.

Great location with excellent public transit connections (walking distance to metro and dash and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Super comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom (was in an executive king room). Helpful staff. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The diner in the restaurant was delicious for breakfast with wide and varied menu. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The room was very well laid out with room for luggage and the bathroom had room for toiletries around the sink and a shelf in the shower. The shower was very large. Another huge plus for me was the filtered water bottle refill station in the hallway!

The location is great, walking distance of the center attractions (walk of fame, Chinese theater, Dolby theater) and a great spot for a Hollywood sign picture (3 streets over the hotel - Beachwood Dr). Close to the metro station (red B line which can lead to the yellow E line with final stop at Santa Monica, very convenient). The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, big bathroom with a great shower (great pressure). The decoration of the room and hotel as a whole were a plus for the theme of the city.
