This Best Western Plus has been completely remodeled in a fun, colorful retro style similar in some ways to the Trixie Motel series on that fantastical renovation in Palm Springs. For example, the fabric on our custom, upholstered headboards matched the wallpaper in one of the other rooms (we had booked 3 rooms for our extended family and requested that they be quiet and on the top floor if possible). The furniture is custom designed with solid metal bases painted in those same colors as is the base for the vanity in the bathroom, and pillow colors also match. There are large murals of famous actors, singers, and musicians on walls in the bedrooms and bathrooms, each is unique. The linens were great. Parking is free - a huge plus in pricey LA hotel market. We checked in late, and when we arrived the receptionist was able to put us all on the third floor close together, but one room was on the noisy side (facing the same level as the elevated 101 Freeway about a block away). She gave us the option to switch it for a quieter room on the second floor, which we did, and it was a great suggestion. LOVED walking and hiking in the windy streets of the Hollywood Hills, nearby Griffith Park, and the Hollywood Reservoir. Walked to the Metro station a few blocks away and took the red line to downtown to have lunch with a friend and visit the Broad Museum.

The location of this little gem was great. Easy 10 min walk to Hollywood Boulevard. Free Dash bus stop right outside. Popular Diner right below reception.Only 5 minute walk to block with restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Rooms were clean and quirky with the retro Hollywood decor. Good AirConditioning . Good size bathroom. Room a little tight with two double beds but okay. Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff were great , smiling and helpful at all times. Especially Leo. Thought it was great value.

Excellent location. Close to many sights or a short drive. Free parking..most hotels in the area charge 35 and up per day. Super nice staff. Super quiet room. Large room with sitting area, very comfortable beds. Separate little kitchen area..micro, fridge, coffee maker, sink. Huge bathroom..2 sinks and an enormous walk in shower. All throwback Hollywood decor..pictures, autographed etc. It was fun. Parking lot to room...short, easy. We had a big truck and owner made a special spot for our 5 day day.

Very close to Hollywood Blvd about a 10 minute walk. I was there for a show at the Hollywood Palladium and was able to walk to and from the show. The area around the hotel is nice and there are a couple convenience stores within a few minutes. The diner next to the hotel was great! Good food and quick service. The hotel is under renovation so the rooms are a little space but are comfortable and very clean. Very friendly staff.

We stayed at the Adler for 9 nights. Our initial room was not the one we reserved. We were switched to another room the next day. Every member of the front desk staff was helpful. On-site parking is included and we always found a spot, no matter how late we came back to the hotel. Daily housekeeping was not available but we were able to get fresh towels and whatever else we needed at any time. Overall a nice stay.
